Shipping and Handling
Our jewelry products are made to order (by a 3D printing machine and finish by hand) and will take approximately 1-2 weeks to make. Once made, they will be mail to you with complimentary shipping via USPS Priority. Jewelry marked as final sale cannot be returned unless in the case of defective goods upon receipt, please contact us ASAP should this occur.
Made to Order Shoes:
Handmade to order shoes come from our alliance of small shoemakers from South Korea. Typically, the shoes are made within 1-3 weeks (time varies by each shoemaker and materials needed for the shoe) and will be shipped at no additional cost to you via international express delivery services from our shoemakers’ workshop to your door (appx. 4-7 business days).
We will try our best to get the shoes to you as quickly as possible and provide the most up to date tracking information. However, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as they need to clear international customs.
Ready to Ship Shoes:
All ready to ship shoe orders placed will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted by email.
We are always looking for the best shipping rates for our customers. As we grow as a business, we will be updating our shipping rates in order to provide better cost-savings.

*We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and US territory addresses in US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia.
We ship most US Domestic packages via USPS priority, which means you’ll get your package typically within 1-3 business days once shipped. Depending on location and weight of your package, UPS Ground service might be used and the delivery date is typically 1-5 days. Please note that inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect the timing of your delivery.
We ship internationally to Canada via First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $15 (if total weight is less than 4lbs) or $35 respectively, and free shipping on orders of more than $150.
If you reside outside of Canada and would like to purchase our products, please send us an email at Shipping@TwoPerfectSouls.com and we’ll do our best to get back to you with a shipping quote per weight of your intended purchase.
Please note: Due to conditions outside of our control, once a package leaves the US and enters into International customs, we are unable to guarantee its delivery date.
We are not responsible for any sales tax, local tariffs and customs charges that may occur, therefore, we sincerely encourage you to investigate these additional fees prior to completing your order, so you are prepare for them. Exchanges and Returns
We want you to love your purchase from us. However, we do understand that there are reasons you might be unsatisfied with your purchase. If that is the case, please contact us at Shipping@TwoPerfectSouls.com with your order number and reason to initiate the free return process and to obtain a prepaid return-shipping label if you reside within U.S. and Canada.
For our international customers, please email to notify us and return the goods to the address below. Please use trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. If goods are lost and no tracking number can be provided, we will not be able to honor your exchange or refund request.

Items purchased may be returned for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once the items have been received and inspected by us, we will then exchange your item at no additional cost. We reserve the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
Made to Order shoes will incur a 10% restocking fee and a shipping charge after the 2nd exchange.
For refunds, we will issue a credit back to you in the original form of payment after it passed our inspection. Please allow one week for processing from the point at which we receive the returned items and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Apologies, but no price adjustments for prior purchases.
No returns/refunds can be applied to items that were listed as final sale.
