Two Perfect Souls want you to love what you have purchased, if you are not completely satisfied, you may send an email to Shipping@TwoPerfectSouls.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.  

  • You will be responsible for return shipping postage, including customs/VAT fees for international clients.  Tracking must be available, if no tracking number is provided and the package is lost, refunds will not be provided.  Return insurance on the full price of the merchandise is recommended.
  • All return items must be in its original condition and original packaging.  Please include the order number as well in your return package.
  • All customized jewelry is final sale and will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Two Perfect Souls reserve the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet the return policy requirements.

If you need to exchange your items, please place a new order and follow the process above to initiate a return and a refund will be issue once the return items are received.

Please allow up to one week for processing from the point at which the items were received and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
