Two Perfect Souls want you to love what you have purchased, if you are not completely satisfied, you may send an email to Shipping@TwoPerfectSouls.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return (For U.S. domestic customers) and to obtain a prepaid shipping label.
- For international customers, you will be responsible for return shipping postage, including customs/VAT fees. Tracking must be available, if no tracking number is provided and the package is lost, refunds will not be provided. Return insurance on the full price of the merchandise is recommended.
- All return items must be in its original unworn condition. Please include the order number as well in your return package.
- All customized jewelry is final sale and will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
- All sale items are final sale, this includes orders made with promo code during the annual holiday sale.
- Two Perfect Souls reserve the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet the return policy requirements.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item(s), you must initiate the return with us first. Once your items have been received and inspected by us, we will then remake your jewelry and ship out your items when ready, same processing time applies (2-3 weeks).
