So one of the first things I learn after diving head first into digital jewelry design is wall thickness. The term refers to the minimal thickness of any area of your design that is required so that the wax used in casting can be successfully 3D printed. Typically, the thicker the design, the stronger it will be, and therefore higher the print and casting success.
As Spring is currently in full swing (as apparent by my equally fully swinging allergies), it is time for a bit of update since I last announced that Two Perfect Souls is moving on to a more sparkly venture.
The ball has dropped, it is now 2018. Being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and seeing all the festivities leading up to New Year's Eve have always made crossing over to the new year that much more significant and hopeful. This year, I aim to achieve so much more than what I did in 2017.
